JOIN US THIS SUMMER

Nestled in a high-desert valley at 6500 feet in the shadow of Utah's Uinta Mountains, this 58-acre sanctuary sits where the Weber River winds through ancient meadows and sage-brushed hills. The peaks rise in every direction, and the air carries the quiet that only comes from true seclusion – just 30 minutes from Park City, yet worlds away.

Come sleep under open skies and let the rhythms of wind, river and land restore what modern life has quieted. A working farm breathes at the heart of this land — a reminder that nourishment runs deeper than food. This is a place to lay down, listen, and remember.

It is Time to REWILD Our Human Nature

A beloved local Utah catering company has crafted a primarily vegetarian menu inspired by seasonal ingredients, with plant-based, gluten-free, and select animal protein options at some meals.

Meals are simple, nourishing, and made with whole ingredients and no seed oils—light breakfasts, vibrant lunches, and generous dinners shared in community. A daily beverage and herbal tea station features spa waters, hibiscus iced tea, and fresh herbs like lavender, lemon balm, and mint.

Food as medicine—prepared with intention and sourced as close to the land as possible.

Sustainable nourishment

In the presence of fire, something ancient awakens. Through intentional heat and sweat, the body opens, the breath deepens, and what no longer serves can begin to fall away—making space for clarity, connection, and renewal.

As the body warms, layers begin to soften—inviting a natural process of release. Paired with moments of cold immersion, this contrast supports circulation, detoxification through the skin, and nervous system regulation, helping the body shift out of stress and into a more restorative state. Fire becomes both mirror and catalyst, revealing what is ready to shift while guiding you back to stillness, grounding, and a deeper connection to yourself and the elements.

SAUNA & COLD PLUNGE

This gathering is held on 58 acres of quiet, secluded land in a high-desert valley in the Uinta Mountains of Utah — a landscape of open meadows, sagebrush hills and the quiet rush of the Weber River winding through ancient terrain. Just 30 minutes from Park City, yet fully removed from it.

This valley has been tended and revered for centuries. The Ute people were drawn here by its fertile soil, fresh water and stillness — and that presence remains. At the heart of the land, a working regenerative farm pulses with the same life force the event is here to reawaken.

This is a place where the sky is wide, the silence is real, and the land itself becomes part of the healing. Not a backdrop — an active participant.

June 30: Farewell

Embodiment is at the heart  of this immersion—not as a trend or technique, not an objectification of the body, but as a lived relationship with your body, breath, senses, and environment.
Daily practices gently engage stillness, movement, sensory awareness, and breath to support integration on a biological and relational level. These practices are designed to be accessible across ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds.
Movement is brief, adaptable, and supportive—often used as a way to reset the nervous system, enhance digestion, and restore presence rather than push physical limits.
Breathwork & meditation is woven throughout the day, from gentle regulatory techniques to deeper evening practices that invite release and insight.

Embodiment is the FOUNDATION

"This is a profoundly moving, transformative experience at a physical, energetic and mental level, which is exceptionally well organised and facilitated by a truly inspirational and humanistic leader."

Linda B.

"It was a deep emotional and physical integration where what was being discussed and experienced are the most important topics of our time. Zach’s knowledge, humility, sensitivity and capacity of transmission is unequaled and so much worth listening too. It will transform you for the best and allow you to give much more to the world in your own unique ways."

Natacha c.

"When people ask me “How was it?” I usually pause because, it’s hard to put into words. It wasn’t just a retreat, it was an initiation. It cracked me open in ways I didn’t expect and offered a space where I could feel both deeply held and profoundly challenged. There was beauty, connection, depth, and discomfort... and all of it felt necessary. Go if you’re open to being moved, stirred, seen, and both strengthened AND softened. It’s not for someone who wants to stay in their comfort zone. If you’re ready to grow, to remember something sacred inside yourself, it’s one of the most powerful spaces I’ve experienced."

Genevieve K.

"If you want to be completely immersed in the highest level of teachings available in the world today for a better future, how to better connect with our nature and with Mother Gaia again and experience lasting change in your life and the world around you, go to this Immersion!"

Uinta Mountains Integration

optional add-ON after the immersion

Extend your REWILD experience with guided adventures deep into the ancient Uinta Mountains—an immersive opportunity to anchor your transformation through direct connection with the land. From hiking and climbing to mountain biking, paddleboarding, and forest bathing, each experience is led by expert guides, Inspired Summit Adventures, and designed to integrate presence, movement, and the intelligence of nature into your body.

Unwind, replenish, and remember. Step into the medicine of the forest. The Uintas are a 2.3-billion-year-old landscape where the communication between flora, fauna, and the mycelial network is palpable. This guided immersion focuses on sensory opening and slowing down to the frequency of the wild.

A tactile conversation with ancient stone. Whether it is your first time touching the granite or you are an experienced climber, this is an invitation to practice presence. Experience the radical focus that comes when you are supported by the earth itself. Our guides ensure a safe, expansive experience that offers a literal new perspective on the world below.

Rock Climbing: The Vertical Dialogue

Float amongst the giants. The crystal-clear glacial lakes of the Uintas act as a mirror for the sky and the self. Paddle into the stillness of these high-altitude waters to invigorate the senses and find balance in the literal and metaphorical sense. A quiet, powerful way to close your retreat experience.

Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)

Find your flow and recalibrate your nervous system. Navigate the single and double tracks of the Uintas, where the mechanical meets the biological. This is not about "conquering" the mountain, but about finding a symbiotic rhythm with the terrain. Our local guides will lead you through hidden trails where the air is pure and the perspective is infinite.

Mountain Biking: Rhythms of the Trail

A pilgrimage through the high alpine. From fields of wildflowers to the shores of ancient glacial lakes, the Uintas offer a portal into deep time. Whether you seek a contemplative stroll or a rigorous ascent of a 10,000-foot peak, our guides will share the geology and ecology of this sacred land. We customize every trek to honor your body’s current fitness and your soul’s current needs.

FAQ's

Once you register, you’ll receive a comprehensive orientation guide with detailed travel planning instructions and local recommendations to support a smooth arrival and departure.

We recommend flying into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), located approximately 50 minutes from the venue.

Parking onsite is limited, so we encourage carpooling or coordinating shared rides whenever possible. For added ease, shuttle service will be available for an additional fee on arrival and departure days (June 26 and June 30), with transportation to and from the airport.

Shuttle booking details and timing will be shared closer to the event.

Many attendees also choose to arrive a day (or a few days) early or stay after the immersion to settle in, rest, and integrate. All of these options are outlined in detail in the participant guide you’ll receive after registering.

If you absolutely have to cancel your plans, refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
  • 1-3 months in advance: 60% refund
  • 2-4 weeks in advance: 30% refund
  • Less than 2 weeks in advance: 10% refund

Refunds are calculated based on the total program invoice amount, not the amount paid to date (such as a deposit or partial payments). If you are enrolled in a payment plan, any refund issued will be determined using the total balance of your registration

In the unlikely event that the Immersion is cancelled due to weather or any other unforeseen “Act of God,” your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event, or to any other offering within Journey Immersion.

This event will be ADA- accessible. Please note that this event will be hosted entirely outdoors, in tents and will require walking/wheelchairs on uneven dirt and grass surfaces and pathways. Please contact events@journeyimmersion.com to discuss your specific needs.

Your registration includes dinner on June 26, three meals per day throughout your stay, and breakfast on June 30.

A beloved local Utah catering company has crafted a primarily vegetarian menu inspired by seasonal ingredients, with plant-based, gluten-free, and select animal protein options available at some meals. Meals are simple and nourishing, made with whole ingredients and no seed oils—light breakfasts, vibrant lunches, and generous dinners shared in community.

Throughout the day, a beverage and herbal tea station supports hydration, featuring spa waters, hibiscus iced tea, and fresh herbs like lavender, lemon balm, and mint. This is food as medicine—prepared with intention and sourced as close to the land as possible.

While REWILD is an off-grid experience, bathroom facilities are thoughtfully designed for both comfort and ease. You will have access to a combination of high-quality restroom trailers, including ADA-accessible units, along with additional restroom and shower trailers to accommodate the community.

These units feature private stalls, running water, flushing toilets, sinks, and lighting, with select trailers offering full shower facilities. Cleanliness, accessibility, and flow are prioritized so you can stay grounded in the experience—without distraction—while still being well cared for.
