Sustainable nourishment

The grounds are an invitation into stillness. Surrounded by tropical forest and expansive ocean views, the environment supports a sense of ease and reconnection. Every detail is shaped with care, allowing the natural rhythms of the land to guide moments of rest & reflection.

restorative grounds

The resort rests within one of the world’s blue zones, where life unfolds in closer relationship with the natural world. You are ready to listen to your body as an intelligent guide

You are longing for connection that feels authentic, slow, and real

You are less interested in “what’s next” and more interested in what’s true

You are ready to step out of self-improvement and into self-relationship

You are standing at an edge between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming

You are ready to let nature & community become living teachers in your life

Embodiment is at the heart  of this immersion—not as a trend or technique, not an objectification of the body, but as a lived relationship with your body, breath, senses, and environment.
Daily practices gently engage stillness, movement, sensory awareness, and breath to support integration on a biological and relational level. These practices are designed to be accessible across ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds.
Movement is brief, adaptable, and supportive—often used as a way to reset the nervous system, enhance digestion, and restore presence rather than push physical limits.
Breathwork & meditation is woven throughout the day, from gentle regulatory techniques to deeper evening practices that invite release and insight.

Embodiment is the FOUNDATION

No prior experience with embodiment, breathwork, or somatic practices is required.
All bodies are welcome.
All ages and abilities are respected. Nothing here is about aesthetics or achievement.

"This is a profoundly moving, transformative experience at a physical, energetic and mental level, which is exceptionally well organised and facilitated by a truly inspirational and humanistic leader."

Linda B.

"It was a deep emotional and physical integration where what was being discussed and experienced are the most important topics of our time. Zach’s knowledge, humility, sensitivity and capacity of transmission is unequaled and so much worth listening too. It will transform you for the best and allow you to give much more to the world in your own unique ways."

Natacha c.

"When people ask me “How was it?” I usually pause because, it’s hard to put into words. It wasn’t just a retreat, it was an initiation. It cracked me open in ways I didn’t expect and offered a space where I could feel both deeply held and profoundly challenged. There was beauty, connection, depth, and discomfort... and all of it felt necessary. Go if you’re open to being moved, stirred, seen, and both strengthened AND softened. It’s not for someone who wants to stay in their comfort zone. If you’re ready to grow, to remember something sacred inside yourself, it’s one of the most powerful spaces I’ve experienced."

Genevieve K.

"If you want to be completely immersed in the highest level of teachings available in the world today for a better future, how to better connect with our nature and with Mother Gaia again and experience lasting change in your life and the world around you, go to this Immersion!"

Carolien R.

FAQ's

Once you register, you’ll receive a comprehensive orientation guide with detailed travel planning instructions and local recommendations to support a smooth arrival and departure.

In general, it’s advised to fly in and out of Liberia International Airport (LIR). Participants are encouraged to arrive no later than early Saturday, April 25, 2025, as the program begins that evening. The immersion concludes Friday night, May 1, with checkout after breakfast on Saturday, May 2, and it’s best to book a return flight from Liberia departing in the afternoon that day, unless you are attending the optional Casa Estrella day add on, in which case we recommend departing Monday, May 4th.

Shared shuttles between Liberia Airport and Blue Spirit will be available on Saturdays for an additional fee. The drive is approximately 2.5 hours.

Another option is flying into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José, with short domestic flights available from San José to Nosara. Many participants find this preferable to the longer drive.

Many attendees also choose to arrive a day (or a few days) early or stay after the immersion to settle in, rest, and integrate. All of these options are outlined in detail in the participant guide you’ll receive after registering.

If you absolutely have to cancel your plans, refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
  • More than 3 months in advance: 90% refund
  • 1-3 months in advance: 60% refund
  • 2-4 weeks in advance: 30% refund
  • Less than 2 weeks in advance: 10% refund

In the unlikely event that the Immersion is cancelled due to weather or any other unforeseen “Act of God,” your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event, or to any other offering within Journey Collective.

This immersion takes place in a jungle on the beach. The terrain is uneven, including stone paths, stairs, hills and sand. Certain rooms require walking stairs and hills to and from the main event building. Blue Spirit Resort does not adhere to U.S. ADA standards. In order to participate, attendees must feel comfortable with their ability to physically navigate this environment.

Your registration includes dinner on April 25th, three meals per day throughout your stay at Blue Spirit Retreat Center and breakfast on May 2nd. Meals are consciously prepared gourmet vegetarian with pescatarian options, designed to support energy, digestion, and restoration during the immersion.

Meals feature, fresh, locally sourced ingredients, vegan and gluten-free options available at every meal, locally sourced fish served several evenings per week, eggs available at breakfast

Fresh juices and herbal teas are available, with additional hydration support thoughtfully woven into the experience.
